Building the next generation of compounding professionals
EDUCATION
Because the future of compounding depends on training the next generation.
RISE turns potential into possibility by opening doors to education and careers in compounding.
Education Scholarships
RISE prepares the next generation of compounding leaders through structured training opportunities. We provide scholarships that advance pharmacy students’ education in compounding, opening doors for those who want to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their impact in patient care.
Workforce Development
Through a partnership with the Fort Bend Women’s Center, RISE’s Pharmacy Technician Scholarship Program helps women rebuild their lives through accredited pharmacy technician training. It opens doors to meaningful employment, offering both professional training and the confidence to succeed.
EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS
RISE provides scholarships that make hands-on compounding education more accessible for pharmacy students.
These awards open the door for future pharmacists to strengthen their skills, deepen their knowledge, and carry compounding forward into their careers.
RISE Education Scholarship
The RISE Education Scholarship is a competitive, blind-reviewed award that provides pharmacy students with access to specialized training in compounding. These scholarships help reduce barriers to education and prepare the next generation to advance patient care through compounding.

Her dedication to preparing future professionals continues to shape a generation committed to serving patients with precision, creativity, and compassion.
The Kay Sparks Legacy Scholarship was made possible through the generosity of founding donors Mollie and Bryan Sparks alongside David Sparks, whose gifts established the endowment in Kay’s memory.
When you apply for a RISE scholarship, your application is considered for all of the awards in our program. Each scholarship is part of a collective effort to expand access to compounding education, and together they create more opportunities for students to receive support for hands-on training.
