RISE Institute for Compounding exists to strengthen the future of pharmacy compounding through research, innovation, science, and education. Each of our pillars reflects a core commitment to building access, advancing knowledge, and supporting people who are shaping the field.

Championing Innovation in Compounding
RISE Institute for Compounding was founded with the support of leaders from Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), whose commitment to innovation and education inspired the creation of an independent nonprofit focused on strengthening the future of compounding pharmacy.
While RISE is an autonomous 501(c)(3) public charity, PCCA has been instrumental in our launch — providing expertise, training resources, and early partnership support. PCCA remains a vital collaborator, but RISE’s mission extends across the entire compounding community. We now invite universities, corporations, practitioners, foundations, and donors everywhere to join us in building the future of compounding. Every contribution of time, talent, and resources fuels education, strengthens workforce development, and accelerates research — creating lasting impact for patients, families, and communities nationwide.
